Ideal job test: how good is your job?

An ideal job stands on three pillars: you do what you are good at, what you love, and you earn a decent income. The 31-question test (mostly on a 1–10 scale, about 10 minutes) shows which pillar is weak. The report and recommendations open right away, with no sign-up and no email.

  1. Rate every statement from 1 to 10. Your answers stay in your browser.
  2. Press “Get the report” at any time.
  3. See the strong and weak sides of your job, get recommendations and save the report as a PDF.

What the test covers

  1. Professionalism assessment — 11 questions
  2. Love for what you do — 10 questions
  3. Income level — 10 questions

Questions about the test

How do I know if my job is right for me?

Rate the three pillars separately: how professional you are at what you do, how much you love it, and whether the income suits you. An overall “I like it / I don't” often hides one weak pillar — the test shows it.

What if my score is low?

Look at which areas pull it down: some can be changed where you are (a talk with your manager, new tasks, learning), others are a reason to think about a new job. The “Career Coaching” course helps you make a plan.

Who is the test for?

Employees and managers thinking about burnout, a job change or growth, and HR — as a starting point for a career conversation.

Do I need to sign up?

No. The test, the report and the PDF work without an account and without an email.
