Connect PapaHR to an AI assistant and ask in plain words: “Whose probation ends this week?”, “Who is on vacation in November?”, “How many open positions do we have?”. The assistant sees only what you see.

What you can ask
The assistant answers from your company's data in PapaHR:
- The company in brief: headcount, departments, open positions, who is out today, what is waiting for approval
- Employees: position, department, manager, hire date, end of probation
- Who is on vacation or sick leave on the dates you need
- Whose probation is ending — with onboarding progress and 1:1 meetings
- Open positions and candidates by stage
- HR in money: what turnover, burnout and meetings cost
- Surveys and eNPS, goals and OKR, HR projects
- What is waiting for a decision: requests and unsigned documents
- Search in the company knowledge base
Checklists together with AI
The assistant can go through a PapaHR checklist with you — for example, an HR audit: it asks the questions one at a time or answers on its own from what it knows about the company. Before saving, it shows you the answers and saves them only after your “yes”; the AI's answers are marked so you can check them. Checklists are open to the account owner.
Security
The account owner or HR connects it, and sign-in goes through PapaHR. The assistant sees the same data as the person who connected it and changes nothing except answers to the account owner's checklists, and only with the owner's permission. The owner sees a log of who opened which section and when, and can revoke access at any time.
Questions
Can the AI change anything in PapaHR?
Only save answers to your checklists — and only after your “yes”. Employees, time off, salaries and all other data it can only read.
Which assistants are supported?
Claude and ChatGPT. ChatGPT needs Developer mode: it is not available on every ChatGPT plan, and in a company workspace the admin turns it on.
How much does it cost?
Connecting is in the PapaHR Pro plan: $1.50 per employee a month when paid for a year. You subscribe to Claude or ChatGPT separately.
