Employee engagement survey
eNPS shows how many people would recommend the company. An engagement survey answers why: on which of 10 drivers you lose people and what to fix first.
Surveys and eNPS are free in Free, for up to 25 employees.

Engagement and eNPS — the difference
eNPS is one question and one number. A survey by drivers shows where the problem is: the manager, the workload or the pay. Run them together: the number for the trend, the drivers for action.
What to do with the results
No more than two drivers at a time. Show the team the results and what you are changing — otherwise fewer people answer the next survey.
Questions
Is the survey anonymous?
Yes: a team result is shown only when there are at least three answers, so no one can be identified.
How often should I run it?
The full survey every six months or a year, a short pulse every quarter.
