What is free

The core of HR work is free for a company of up to 25 employees, with no time limit:

What is in Pro

Pro opens all modules and removes the limits: hiring with no fee per recruiter, 1:1 meetings, goals and OKR, performance reviews, 360° feedback, talents and 9-box, pay and bonuses, HR in money. $1.50 per employee a month when paid for a year, $1.80 — monthly, at least 10 employees.

Why PapaHR, not a spreadsheet

A spreadsheet stores data but does not remind you of anything. PapaHR shows what needs attention today: the end of probation, a request for time off, a 1:1 that fell through — and suggests the next step by the methods of Mike Pritula Academy.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Free has no time limit: up to 25 employees and one HR (the owner of the account). You don't enter a card to sign up.

What happens when we have more than 25 employees?

You can keep the data, and to add more people you switch to Pro: $1.50 per employee a month when paid for a year. You send a request on the pricing page and we send a payment link.

Can managers and employees sign in?

Yes, in every plan and without a limit: a manager approves time off and sees the team, an employee sees their card, time off and onboarding plan.
