The job in front of you Sound familiar?

The company tracks many numbers, but nobody can explain which ones matter most.

Managers want KPIs without first agreeing on the results the business needs.

An indicator has a name but no clear definition, owner or measurement frequency.

Reports show activity without helping teams decide what to do next.
