The job in front of you Sound familiar?

Small tasks fill your day, leaving little time for work that needs your attention.

A task comes back unfinished because the expected result or deadline was unclear.

You want to give someone more responsibility but are unsure how much support they need.

You keep asking for updates because you did not agree on how to track progress.

What you will have after the course

01

Clear task agreements

Choose a task and an employee, describe the expected result with SMART criteria and agree on support and checkpoints.

02

Defined responsibilities

Use RACI to distinguish who does the work, who makes the final decision and who needs consultation or updates.

03

A follow-up and development approach

Use progress reports, feedback and GROW questions to support the employee. Review deadlines, workload and task progress without taking the task back.
