Performance Review Forms Course

The job in front of you Sound familiar?
Managers fill in review forms with general phrases that tell employees little about their performance.
The same form is used for every role and situation, even when the expectations are different.
Managers apply rating scales differently, and you need a way to discuss and calibrate assessments.
The review ends with a rating, without a development plan or agreed next steps.
What you will have after the course
A clear view of the process gaps
Assess the current review approach and examine how goals, competencies and development fit together.
Forms and a prepared conversation
Complete a review for a real employee. Choose a suitable form, use competency phrases and prepare the meeting, including difficult responses.
A review cycle you can launch
Set the calendar and responsibilities, plan calibration and manager preparation, and choose metrics for monitoring the process.
